This doll was created to be a centerpiece doll for the 2004 International Fashion Doll Convention being held in Irving, Texas. The theme of this year's convention is Winter Wonderland so the colors we could use were white, silver and pale blue. Winter colors.
Dawn received a total repaint giving her warm brown eyes (yes, I know the colors are blue, white and silver but she wanted brown eyes) with pale blue shadow and lips. Her gown was created of various fabrics from eyelet to crinkle to velvet. Pale blue and silver beads accent her gown and make up her jewelry.
Her pantaloons, full slip and underskirt are made up of eyelet. Then there is a sheer crinkle skirt over which is a split skirt of white velveteen. The bodice is made with the same white velvet like fabric.
