Twinkle is the fifth in the Toddler Fairy series. She has had a partial facial repaint to give her upswept eyebrows. Her hand sewn outfit is made of white velveteen with a sparkle to it. At he waist is her outfit has been trimmed with tiny pearls. The same pearls decorate her hair. Silver sparkles dance in her clear wings.
Twinkle has her very own hand crafted base signed by the artist.
