Rag dolls, soft sculpture dolls, and other types of cloth dolls.

Agatha Jane is a Raggy-goth. Halloween is her favorite holiday. I plan to take more pictures as soon as I find her shoes and her little pal Woohoo returns from scaring the neighbors.

This is Bonnie Belle Button. She is a button jointed soft sculpture doll. She has black button eyes and a short hair do created of fun fur. Her pal is Benton Bunny.
This is Reenie the Rag-doll. She is all of ten inches tall. She was made out muslin, calico cotton and various with eyelet laces. Her cute little features are embroidered and her head full of soft brown curls was completely hand sewn into place. I do not use glue on my dolls.
This is Pearl, more of a soft sculpture doll then a rag-doll. She is around twenty-four inches tall. She has a fully embroidered face, sewn on hair, sewn dress and petticoat. Her shoes, socks and ruffled undergarment are store bought. Her hair ribbon and the guardian angel pin that sits on her collar are also store bought. Pearl has been very well stuffed so she won't deflate if she is hugged and loved by her new friend.

This is little Alice May. She and her sister Bessie June (who is yet to be completed) are new and about ten inches tall. I wanted to try a painting technique for her hair and shoes as well as button joints for arms. The button jointed arms don't flop around like those of standard rag dolls. Her face is still completely embroidered as with the other dolls pictured here. Due to the construction of this doll, her dress is not removable, nor are her bloomers.
